I want to confirm our earlier conversations and record my thanks for the services you provided to me that were essential in getting me focused and on track for managing and carrying through with the DigiBall fundraising event. The challenge of organizing this first-time endeavor by a group of dedicated volunteers has been daunting. We knew we were capable, but the lack of precedents made every little step a hurdle, and it took too long to gain momentum. When I approached you at a mid-point you provided a much-needed reality check and helped me define parameters that put us on a solid course. We perceive ourselves as giving a boost to Digital Harbor High graduates, and I feel that you have given me a boost and I can now graduate. The challenges are still there, but we know better what to do and we have a hard-working team that is determined to make this event a success.
