In 2003, Janine DiPaula Stevens began a company called Prime Integration LLC to provide small to mid-sized businesses with cost effective ways to enhance their company's marketing.

During her first year of business, Ms. DiPaula Stevens found herself acting as an objective sounding board for owners to discuss ideas and the challenges they encountered. Through her experiences, she realized that in addition to the need for cost effective marketing help, these businesses often lacked a physical location that could provide simple services such as: word processing, data entry, a mailing address, fax number, meeting room, scanning, copying and printing.

In April of 2006, her husband, William Stevens, joined the company to enhance the business's services. He added the expertise that was needed to create the Financial Division and in September 2006, they opened the physical location in The Can Company under the name of Vircity.

Today, Vircity provides small businesses cost effective ways to integrate marketing, accounting, and office administrative needs into their business plans without committing to the overhead costs of a fully-staffed office.
